- Critical technical failure: The product or service has an error that prevents its fundamental use, and our team cannot resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
- Product not as described: The key functionality of the product significantly differs from what was advertised on the sales page.
- Accidental duplicate purchase: If you mistakenly purchased the same product twice. In this case, the cost of the duplicate will be refunded.
3. Cases Where Refunds Do Not Apply
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following circumstances:
- Downloaded digital products: If you have already downloaded the digital product (file, course, template), it is considered used, and a refund is not possible.
- Service completed: If the service (e.g., consultation, audit, setup) has already been fully rendered.
- Change of mind: Refunds are not issued if you simply changed your mind or if the product did not meet subjective expectations.
- Violation of the terms of use: If your access was blocked due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the transfer. The funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the purchase. The time for the refund to be credited is typically 5-10 business days, although this may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
